PocketSingers

Crafting a Modern Online Identity
PocketSingers Device Mockup

PocketSingers is a growing community and learning platform dedicated to choral music education. Founded by passionate educators, its mission is to make high-quality vocal practice accessible anytime, anywhere — especially for students and teachers without access to full ensembles.

With a library of recorded vocal parts, resources, and practice tools, PocketSingers helps users rehearse confidently and independently. Originally operating without a formal website, the brand relied on Skool and social media to engage its audience — but lacked a cohesive digital identity and central hub.

That’s where ALAYA stepped in — to clarify their brand, design a responsive online presence, and build a future-ready platform that reflects the value of their work in a modern, professional light.

our process

The W.A.V.E.S. Framework

We conducted strategic workshops with the founder to identify their core offering, audience needs, and long-term vision.
Without a website, we built a digital content architecture spanning Skool and social media. This included messaging frameworks, community funnel mapping, and onboarding flow optimization.
We created a cohesive brand identity — logo, color system, and visual style — that could be applied consistently across platforms (Facebook, Skool banners, profile thumbnails, content templates).
We designed and deployed branded assets, profile layouts, and social media templates. We also crafted community welcome materials and content systems within Skool.
We continue to guide PocketSingers on evolving content, user engagement strategies, and future scalability — including the potential for a future website or product launch.
